LJL 2026 SPRING SERIES

Application period: CLOSED (2026/03/11 - 2026/03/31)

Requirements for the team

At least three of the registered players must be Japanese or have Japanese nationality. Or, they must be "residents" as defined in Article 4.3.2 of the Official Rules.

The team representative must be able to communicate smoothly in Japanese.

Requirements for the players

Must be able to submit identification. Must be 17 years of age or older. Or, must be 17 years of age or older as of September 1, 2026.

If you are not a Japanese citizen, you must be able to submit documentation proving your nationality.

Must be ranked Diamond 3 or higher at the end of any split from 2020 onwards. Or, must have played in at least one LJL match by January 1, 2026, or be deemed to have sufficient personal ability based on a history of participating in official tournaments, etc. Understand and comply with the following.

As a highly competitive league where teams can grow, the LJL is once again open to everyone.

The latest information regarding the LJL will be announced sequentially through the following official accounts:

Open Qualifier Format

The LJL 2026 open qualifiers will be held in a BO1 single round robin format with a maximum of 16 teams per group.

The top team from each group will advance to the main stage, and the number of groups will be adjusted depending on the number of teams that apply.

There will be six slots (※1) for the WINTER Series and four slots for the SPRING Series that will advance to the main stage.

※1: Varies depending on the number of academy teams, etc.
